Welcome to ThinkSquare Chess Academy (“TSCA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including our website, online lessons, events, and any related materials (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Specific terms regarding lesson bookings, cancellations, or refunds will be provided at the time of purchase or in your student agreement.

All content and materials provided through TSCA, including lesson plans, study resources, and website content, are the property of TSCA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSCA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
